Can I meet with you remotely?
Yes. We offer phone and video consultations for clients who can’t visit our office in person.
Do you work with clients outside of Charleston?
Yes. While we're based in Charleston, we work with clients across the U.S. and internationally. Many of our cases are handled remotely through phone, email, and video.
Can you help if I’m living outside the United States?
Absolutely. We regularly assist clients going through consular processing or other immigration matters from abroad.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We have Spanish-speaking attorneys and staff available to help you in your preferred language.

Costs vary depending on the type and complexity of the case. We’ll go over all fees clearly during your consultation.

We accept credit and debit cards, checks, and online payments. You can pay directly through our secure portal.
